This is the little lamb I started with, I got it on sale at Toys-R-Us for $4, it plays "Mary had a Little Lamb"

The first thing I did was compare the skull I purchased to the lamb and then cut off the face to accomodate it. I also pulled out some of the associated stuffing. I was also careful not to meddle with the rotating stick that made the lamb's head move when the music box is wound.

Then I hot glued the skull to the lamb and tried to pull as much fleece as I could over the skull to make it blend. Really that's all there is to it. The skull I used is a raccoon skull I got at Necromance.com, it worked really well...plus it still plays "Mary had a Little Lamb" which is really creepy when the skull head rotates around slowly.
